IBILE Youth Academy, A Lagos State Youth Leadership Initiative

Brief on IBILE Youth Academy. Lagos State Youth Leadership Initiative also known as IBILE Youth Academy is an annual Youth Leadership Training platform which was established to inculcate in the youth the virtues of citizenship, leadership and volunteerism and to ignite young people's personal development and transformation required for bright future and community development.
The programme usually starts with 5 days intensive leadership training across five Divisions of the State for 100 participants. The best 10 participants are selected from each Division for another 7 days residential training camp to further build their capacities as leaders. At the end of this rigorous process, the best participant emerges as the State Youth Ambassador while the next best 5 participants emerge as Divisional Ambassadors. These Ambassadors are charged with the responsibilities of implementing pet projects in their various communities which should impact positively on young people.

25 year old Brazilian model Dai Macedo from the central state of Goia beat 26 other contestants to win the 2013 Miss Bum Bum contest which is quite popular in Brazil. Dai impressed judges with her 42in derrière and went home with 5,000 reais ($2,100). She will also make a lot of money in advertising contracts. You would expect the butt that won her the contest to be 100% natural but it's not. "It isn't 100% natural. I had a butt lift.
