NIGERIAN HIP HOP VETERAN DOLA BILLZ UNVEILS NEW VIDEO FOR ‘IN HER EYES’



You will remember veteran Nigerian Hip Hop artist and producer Dola Billz from his classic early noughties hits ‘Puyanga’, ‘Faaji’ and ‘Jeun Lo’, and from being a founding member of veteran collective 166 Family, which also helped birth the likes ofTilla and Big Tizz. Over a career spanning almost a decade, the award-winning rapper and musician has remained at the cutting edge of Nigerian and African music.



Dola Billz is back in 2015, with an exciting new music video for his latest single ‘In Her Eyes’, produced by Ceefigz. Serving as the lead single for his forthcoming EP Rapstar 2 (The Sequel), ‘In Her Eyes’ is already a favourite among Afrobeats listeners worldwide, and the visuals, which were shot in the idyllic scenery of Dublin, Ireland, brings the single further to life, to the delight of fans and critics alike.
Directed by Ovie Etseyatse, who also directed the video for Yemi Alade’s ‘Kissing (French Remix)’ featuring Marvin, the video for ‘In Her Eyes’ tells a sweet story above love prevailing through the ages, with Dola Billz’ excellent single serving as the perfect backdrop. It's one of the biggest social events on the A-list calendar, so the pressure is on for the A-list to shine at the Golden Globes.   And while Margot Robbie, Zooey Deschanel and Anna Gunn lit up the red carpet, leading the best-dressed pack in off-white, not everyone got it quite right. 25 year old Brazilian model Dai Macedo from the central state of Goia beat 26 other contestants to win the 2013 Miss Bum Bum contest which is quite popular in Brazil. Dai impressed judges with her 42in derrière and went home with 5,000 reais ($2,100). She will also make a lot of money in advertising contracts. You would expect the butt that won her the contest to be 100% natural but it's not. "It isn't 100% natural. I had a butt lift.
