The duo of Africa’s biggest pop icon, 2Face Idibia and self-acclaimed StarBoy, Wizkid have been unveiled as headliners of the Hennessy Artistry 2014.
The Hennessy Artistry officially kicked off this year’s campaign sponsored by premium cognac brand, Hennessy. Having featured some of the biggest names in the Nigerian music industry in the past, will have 2Face and Wizkid join the exclusive list of the Hennessy Artistry Alumni with this edition. As far as this year is concerned, it is a blend of the matured, premium lifestyle with the young, vibrant lifestyle generally classified as the ‘new school’.



Speaking on the rationale behind the headlining pair this year, Brand manager for Hennessy Nigeria, Lere Awokoya, said ’Selecting these internationally recognized superstars for Hennessy Artistry 2014 was definitely a great choice. They both appeal to different kinds of fans and having 2Face and Wizkid release their first-ever collabo will definitely shake the African music scene. ‘Our headliners for 2014, 2Face and Wizkid greatly represent what Hennessy Cognac symbolizes which is the premium luxury lifestyle, fun and success.’
Massively excited on working with 2Baba, Wizkid said: ‘This year is going to be massive! It’s the Hennessy Artistry 2014 and I am privileged to be working with legend, 2Face Idibia. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get into the studio with him.’ On his part, 2Face said ’I’m proud to be on Hennessy Artistry 2014… Great things this year!

Hennessy Artistry headliners include D’banj, MI, Naeto C, Banky W, Eldee, Tiwa Savage, Jesse Jagz, Ice Prince, Nneka, Sir Shina Peters, Bez, among many others. 2Face and Wizkid will later this month release their first ever collabo track for this year’s Artistry with massive excitement for the project set off already.
As has always been the case, this year’s supporting acts will also be announced later this month before the club tour kicks off.
The Hennessy Artistry was unveiled in Nigeria in 2007….

25 year old Brazilian model Dai Macedo from the central state of Goia beat 26 other contestants to win the 2013 Miss Bum Bum contest which is quite popular in Brazil. Dai impressed judges with her 42in derrière and went home with 5,000 reais ($2,100). She will also make a lot of money in advertising contracts. You would expect the butt that won her the contest to be 100% natural but it's not. "It isn't 100% natural. I had a butt lift.
