Ciara Celebrates Her Baby Shower With Kim Kardashian and LaLa Anthony



You know you're doing something right when you're about to give birth and you still manage to outshine a Vogue cover model — just ask Ciara.
The expectant mother enjoyed a star-studded baby shower at a private home in Los Angeles on Saturday surrounded by besties Kim Kardashian and LaLa Anthony (who acted as one of three co-hosts), along with a beaming Kris Jenner.

Ciara's friends Lisa Ellis and Yolonda Frederick also hosted the soiree, which kicked off at noon and lasted for three seemingly delightful hours.
Naturally, North's mom documented the occasion with some candid snaps on Instagram, featuring a smattering of smiles and kissy faces. And of course the future Mrs. West had to share at least one full body shot.
Kim chose an elegant, yet edgy white ensemble with a thigh-high slit for the occasion, while LaLa sported a more demure heart-printed halter sundress. But it was the mommy-to-be that looked most stunning of all. Clad in a white and burgundy lace-embroidered silk georgette caftan by Naeem Khan, she completed her look with delicate gold jewelry and that distinct pregnancy glow.
"Celebrating @Ciara's baby shower today with @lala #mommymemories," Kim gushed.
La La posted her own pic, in which she places her hand on Ciara's growing bump. "Blessed. Family. Love. Thankful. Happy. Laughter. Amazing. Perfect. Excited. Grateful. All words to describe today," she captioned the shot.
  
Though details of what exactly went down during the outdoor fete remain rather sparse, we do know the ladies played at least a few baby games. Kris Jenner posted a close-up on Instagram of herself (obviously) alongside Ciara with the caption, "@ciara what a fun afternoon at your Baby Shower!!!! #youwonallthebabygames."
Kris arrived wearing a white suit carrying a giant gift basket — not that we'd expect anything less from the Kardashian matriarch.
While Ciara and her fiancé, rapper Future, haven't announced the sex of their baby, the blue-and-gold inviteseems to indicate it's a boy. (This only supports earlier reports that Future revealed the news during a radio interview in the U.K. when he referred to the unborn child as "him.")
Besides the shower, however, Ciara has been spending time with Kim as they bond over their little ones. In February, the pair went shopping together at the luxury baby boutique Bel Bambini... which means regardless of whether Ciara has a boy or a girl, we're fairly certain this is going to be one stylish child
