Indeed, it was quiet enough to hear a rouble drop when as the Russian oligarch enjoyed a lunch date with partner Dasha Zhukova at Puny restaurant during their current stay in picturesque Italian coastal town Portofino. The couple were spotted as they surveyed their menus in silence before a waiter approached and obligingly took their order.
