MUSIC - MOELOGO & UK RAP HEAVYWEIGHT GIGGS COLLABORATE ON “THE BADDEST REMIX” PRODUCED BY BAYOZ MUZIK

British Nigerian Afro-Pop/Afrobeats rising star MOELOGO has linked up with UK Rap heavyweight and BET Award winner GIGGS for the massive new remix of his 2014 single “The Baddest” produced by the prolific Bayoz Muzik, for our listening pleasure.

Already playlisted on BBC 1Xtra and supported by the likes of DJ EduDJ Abrantee and British radio tastemakers such as Trevor Nelson and Charlie Sloth, “The Baddest Remix” sees both Moelogo and Giggs in boisterous mood over the infectious Bayoz Muzikinstrumental, inspired by the groove of the late Fela Kuti.

Enjoy Moelogo’s “The Baddest Remix” featuring Giggs below…

Asking listeners, fans and critics alike “who is the baddest”, Moelogo and Giggs throw down the gauntlet for all comers this year and boldly proclaim their exceptional talents, with Moelogo even comparing himself to the likes of Chris Brown and Trey Songz, while Giggs delivers a trademark braggadocios rap verse, demanding haters to “sit back down, why you jumping up?”.

In addition to the BBC 1Xtra-playlisted “The Baddest Remix” featuring Giggs garnering heaving UK mainstream radio support, the single is also proving to be a favourite among dance revellers with burgeoning UK dance trio D3 Dancers offering an exciting choreography dance video to “The Baddest” with over 4000 views already.

Having performed alongside the likes of 2FaceWande CoalDr Sid and Tiwa Savage, and been on tour with Iyanya, the D3 Dancers add a new dimension to “The Baddest” with their own unique choreographic representation mixing contemporary, street and African dance to great effect.
