Mercy Johnson, the mother of one, from her wealth donated various material things to 5000 widows in Uromi, her husband’s home town on Monday, Dec 23, 2013.                                    Mercy was said to have made the entire widows and the people of Uromi visibly joyful. The actress was able to achieve this through her Mercy Johnson Okojie’s Foundation, which is geared towards helping towards the improvement of less endowed people and women in the society. After much drama, court cases and Facebook rants,  Fathia Balogun  has finally changed her surname; reverting to her maiden name ‘Williams’. The actress recently effected the change on picture sharing social network  Instagram . Her account now reads ‘ Fathia Williams ‘. Her Facebook and Twitter are yet to be changed. It was reported a few weeks back that estranged husband  Saidi Balogun  had dragged Fathia to court allegedly over her continued use of his surname. The actor however denied, insisting that the court action was to legally end the marriage. Due to the separation between saheed Balogun and his wife fathia Balogun. The court has give it judgement on the matter which lead Fathia to change her surname to Williams, She Changed Her Name From Fathia Balogun to Fathia Williams on Some of her Social Network Page.      Iyetade Soyinka the daughter of the great novelist and nobel prize winner Wole Soyinka is  dead. She was born June 6, 1965 and she passed on at the  university teaching hospital Ibadan, the cause of her death hasn’t yet been disclosed  all we know is she died in the hospital where she was being treated for an undisclosed ailment. Her death was disclosed in a statement signed by Jahman Anikulapo who is Wole Soyinka’s aide; In the statement we were made to know that Iyetade Soyinka was a student at staff School and Queens School, Ibadan and she later furthered her studies at  the University of Ibadan school of medicine. The statement described Iyetade Soyinka as  a “affable, intelligent and sometimes capricious,” woman adding that she “struggled with her health in recent years.” Despite her health woes, the late Iyetade Soyinka “greeted every day with a smile and doted on her two children.” “Iyetade leaves behind two children, both parents, numerous siblings, nieces and n
