He’s wealthy enough to book every table in any restaurant of his choosing if he wants to dine out in private, and judging by the empty chairs surrounding Roman Abramovich on Monday afternoon it looked as if he’d done just that. Indeed, it was quiet enough to hear a rouble drop when as the Russian oligarch enjoyed a lunch date with partner Dasha Zhukova at Puny restaurant during their current stay in picturesque Italian coastal town Portofino. The couple were spotted as they surveyed their menus in silence before a waiter approached and obligingly took their order.
