The 'World’s Biggest' Functioning Motorcycle

The Regio Design XXL Chopper, which was exhibited at the Motor Bike Expo 2012 has been declared as the world’s largest functioning motorcycle by the Guinness World Records.

To gain this title, the Chopper had to show that it could travel a distance of 100-meters, which it did.

Designed by Italian Fabio Reggiani, this veritable behemoth is 10-feet 28-inches in length, 5-feet 10-inches in height, and weighs 5.5 tons in total.

Dubbed “Big Bike”, this motorcycle is powered by a 5,000cc, 5.7-liter V8 Chevrolet engine which has 280 horsepower in total, as well as a three-speed transmission gearbox.
